Dick DeFazio is the General Manager of Consulting at Total Resource Management (TRM), where he leads the asset management consulting and engineering organization based in Atlanta, Georgia. Before TRM’s acquisition of Performance Consulting Associates (PCA), Dick served as the President and CEO of PCA since its founding in 1976. He is a Board Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with over 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. His extensive background includes significant tenures with the New York State Power Authority, where he was involved in the construction startup of hydroelectric and nuclear power facilities.

Dick holds B.S. and A.A.S. degrees in Business from the State University of New York at Buffalo and Graduate School of Management. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Institute of Management Consultants, Institute of Industrial Engineers, American Institute of Plant Engineers, Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals, and industry-specific associations such as the Technical Association of Pulp and Paper and Paper Industry Management Association. His expertise spans operations strategy, performance enhancement, revenue growth, and operational efficiency, driving cost reductions and productivity improvements that have resulted in millions of dollars in savings for clients across diverse industries.
